ORDER

I want to return / exchange my order

If the ordered item does not fit or does not
if you agree, you can easily return it within the exchange period of 14

Please make sure to return the items to us in the condition in which
you have received them. Items that have been washed, strongly smell of perfume or
smoke etc. smell, cannot be exchanged / returned,
since we can no longer use these items.

The
the invoice amount will be refunded to you – after checking the returned items – via
refunded for the payment method you used. If you paid in advance

How do I exchange an ordered item?
A direct exchange of a returned item is
possible. Simply indicate your exchange request on the return slip.
As soon as the item you returned has arrived with us and
has been checked, we will send you your exchange request back.
I have not received any email confirmation/payment information.
If this is the case, your email inbox was either full, you provided an incorrect email address, or the message was recognized as spam. Please check your email address and write us a ticket so that we can resend you the order confirmation.

SHIPPING

How can I track my shipment / Will I receive a tracking number?
You will automatically receive a link to the
tracking of your shipment sent to your specified email address.
How much are the shipping costs
Information about shipping costs can be found on the shipping page. The shipping costs will also be listed before you submit your order.
Has my order already been shipped?
We usually ship within the specified
delivery time. There may always be delays due to technical processes / delivery bottlenecks.
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive
an email informing you about the shipment and additionally
an email with the tracking number.
What are the delivery times
Information about delivery times can be found on the shipping page.
I am not at home at the time of delivery
The postman tries to deliver to the address 2x,
or to leave the package with a neighbor. If the delivery is not successful, the package will either be deposited in a parcel station or at the nearest post office.

If the package returns to us due to an incorrect delivery address and needs to be sent again, additional shipping costs will apply.
Import taxes, customs fees and costs

For orders that are outside
sent from Germany, import taxes, customs duties, and costs may be charged by the destination country. Import duties and taxes
are levied by the respective import customs office and are borne by the recipient. These are based on the import regulations of the recipient country.

Do the stickers stick from the inside or outside?
All our stickers stick, unless otherwise specified, from the outside.
Is there item X in a different color / size?
All items in our shop are available only as shown.

VOUCHERS

Can I use a discount code at the same time as a voucher code?
As long as the provisions do not prevent it, simultaneous use is not a problem.
